I am usually not one to explore kitchen tools but these two are necessary when cooking healthy at home dinners.
The first tool is a spiralizer, a spiralizer can be found in a hand held version or a countertop version. This tool can be used for various vegetables such as zucchini, apples, butternut squash and beets just to name a few. The tool is used to turn basically any vegetable into the form of noodles, like spaghetti, but healthier.
